**Monthly Subscriptions:**
If, at any point during your first month of using our service, you find yourself dissatisfied, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will make every effort to address your concerns, offer viable solutions, or provide a timeline for resolution that aligns with your requirements. Should you remain unsatisfied, we will gladly issue you a **FULL REFUND** for your purchase and transition your account to the free plan for that service.
**Annual Subscriptions:**
At Smartlivechatbot, we do not obligate you to commit to an annual subscription as a prerequisite for using our services. We prioritize offering you the flexibility to choose. In return for your voluntary commitment to an annual upfront payment, we extend a significant discount over our already competitive monthly subscription rate. If, within the first 45 days of using our service, you encounter any dissatisfaction, please contact us promptly. We will diligently work towards resolving the issue, presenting feasible workarounds, or outlining a timeline for a solution that aligns with your needs. If your dissatisfaction persists, we will readily provide you with a **FULL REFUND** for your purchase and transition your account to the free plan.
Our dedication to your satisfaction extends beyond the initial 30-day (for monthly subscriptions) or 45-day (for annual subscriptions) period. If at any time during your contract, we remove, disrupt, or discontinue functionality that was available when you initially subscribed to our services, we urge you to inform us promptly. Should we fail to address the disruption within our promised timelines or prove unable to provide a satisfactory workaround for discontinued features, we will offer you a **PRO-RATED REFUND** for the remaining duration of your contract.
**Partial Downgrade of Annual Subscription:**
There might arise situations where you wish to partially downgrade your annual subscription. Such downgrades could involve reducing the number of user licenses, switching to a lower edition of our services, adjusting your support plan, or removing previously purchased add-ons. In the event of a partial downgrade, we will credit your account with an extension of your subscription for the active licenses. The discounts initially applied will be excluded when calculating the credit amount. In other words, the value of unused licenses will be determined as follows: Total amount paid - (monthly list price x number of months used).
**Auto-Renewal:**
For your convenience, both monthly and yearly subscriptions will automatically renew until you decide to cancel the service. Prior to each renewal, we will send an email specifying the upcoming charge to your credit card. Additionally, after each renewal, you will receive a receipt via email detailing the deducted amount, the next renewal date, and the subsequent renewal amount.
We understand that customers may occasionally overlook canceling an account they no longer require until after they've been charged. To accommodate this, you can cancel your monthly or annual subscription up to five business days after your renewal date, and we will process your cancellation, issuing a **FULL REFUND**.
